Hours Of Operation
The hours of operation are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Meals
Parents are responsible for providing all the food. If parents desire the daycare to provide food than it can be arranged at an additional cost.
Fees and Payment Policy
Payment is due every Monday to cover the upcoming week. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. In case of a bounced cheque parents are required to pay $7.50 to compensate for the service charge.
Hourly Rate is $5
A $25 monthly surcharge will be added to the fee to cover the additional cost associated with running the daycare during the pandemic. It will help to cover the cost of PPE and sanitization.
Vacations
I will take 2-3 weeks unpaid vacation this year. You are required to pay your normal fee for your child's absent days due to vacation or illness.

Privacy statement:
All the information gathered to register your child will be confidential and will never be used for any unintended purpose.
Personal Items
Please provide me with the following items:
• A change of clothing, labeled with your child’s name, to be changed in case of an accident.
• Diapers and wipes for the children who are not potty trained.
Toys from home
Due to the pandemic please try not to let your kids bring toys or blanket from home.
Toilet Training
I think toilet training can start at 2 years of age. It should be discussed between parent and the daycare provider as the consistency between daycare and home plays an important role. The child needs to be in pull up training pants until he is fully trained. A child is considered fully trained when he tells himself that he needs to go, please do not send your child in underpants before that.
Please use disposable diapers for daycare, if you wish to use cloth diapers you may still use them for the time spent at home.
Admission and termination
I do recognize that not every child will fit comfortably in to my home daycare. For this reason every new child begins on a one week trial basis. During this period the parents and the provider are allowed to terminate care with one day notice. A minimum of one week notice is required at the time of termination after the one week trial period is passed.
